Dr. Dhananjaya G, Professor, Department of Pedodontics, Faculty of Dental Sciences, has completed the Khardung La Challenge Mega Marathon of 72 kilometres. It started at Khardungla village at 3AM, at an altitude of 14500ft above mean sea level (temp ‑2 C), climbing upto Khardungla 17618 feet MSL (temp ‑3 C) and get down to 11555 feet MSL at Ladakh at 2:36 PM. This is a remarkable achievement that showcases not only great physical endurance but also a strong determination and commitment to reaching such an impressive goal. Dr. Dhanjaya’s dedication and perseverance serve as an inspiration to all those who aspire to take on challenging feats of athleticism. From being an Asthmatic patient who could hardly walk to conquering the limit of human endurance.
